Join conductor and artistic director Robert Dora and the Australasian Orchestra for an afternoon of exciting orchestral works and musical pleasure. This concert's dynamic and varied program will feature Béla Bartók’s brilliant and best-known work, Concerto for Orchestra, together with the powerful Festive Overture by Dmitri Shostakovich, the charming Chopiniana Suite of Aleksandr Glazunov and the picturesque Poucette by sought after Melbourne composer, Hugh Crosthwaite.
