Bilo Bands Together Bushfire Fundraiser: POSTPONED

Local musicians are banding together over 3 dates hosted by Biloela Anzac Club, Biloela Hotel and the Commerical Hotel. Proceeds going to the nominated charities.

Music draws people together and we have something for everyone Aussie rock, Folk & country or bit more alternative. While we’ve been watching our country burn in every state and territory, people are feeling helpless, isolated. Sometimes we just need to forget our troubles for a few hours. Let’s support our local & far community by banding together with live music and give what we can to those in need.

We’ve 10+ of our finest local musicians playing everything from jazz & easy listening, rock bands, folk, alt and of course country. There’s something for everyone. For these dates only when you pay your cover charge you will be helping us raise much needed funds to help those affected by the bushfires. Yes, we’ve had some rain and some of those fires are out but the work and the long lasting effects are not over.

All door fees and other donations from these dates will be going to Blaze Aid to help communities rebuild, Kangaroo Island Koala Fund who are by providing koalas long term care and rehabilitation, and Beyond Blue. The mental strain for those affected, including our fire fighters and others providing a helping hand is enormous. They need our help to fund ongoing mental health support to get these people through these difficult times.
