Brazil vs Italy

Massi's Owner/Chef Joseph Vargetto will take on Head Chef Fabio Castello in this fun event. Joseph will call on his Italian heritage to challenge Fabio, of Brazilian/Italian heritage, for guest votes.

The event will see an array of delicious dishes paired with matching cocktails from Brazil (think refreshing sugar cane and mint) and wines from Italy. Guests will be treated to five courses that has two small dishes, accompanied by two drinks, each inspired by the countries. The courses will be based on one key ingredient, ie fish or steak, and guests will choose which they prefer and vote for their favourite.
