BREC Christmas Concert - Bunbury Men of Song

Begin your festive season with Brec’s Christmas Concert featuring Bunbury Men of Song, with special guests including the Bunbury City Band.

Expect a choral celebration of who we are as a nation and a joyous start to Christmas. From the Armistice to Anzac Day, from Southern Skies to snowy wonder, Bunbury Men of Song will wow you with everything from choral classics to the world premiere of a new Christmas song.

Specially commissioned for this concert, Bunbury Men of Song will debut ‘Christmas Time’ by Australian composer Paul Jarman, alongside other carols from Australia and around the world.

The evening finishes with an invitation for everyone to join the chorus and sing along with some of your favourite Christmas carols.

The Bunbury Men of Song are about music for enjoyment – the enjoyment derived from singing in the classic male voice choral tradition and the enjoyment people get from hearing these performances. Formed in 1998, Bunbury Men of Song have a membership of over 40 men aged from 18 to 80, who come from across the greater Bunbury region and the South West.
