Join us at the 23rd annual Buttongrass Ball!

7:15 for 7:30-10:30pm + Danceoholics

Lively Tasmanian and other traditional music by the HOT String Band.

Collected and new Tasmanian bush/folk dances dedicated to the natural and cultural heritage of Tasmania.

All dances taught by dance caller David "Odd Socks" Wanless.
No dancing experience or partner required.
All ages welcome.
Come dressed for a ball or a bushwalk!

BYO water bottle, cup and supper.

Proceeds of the ball will go to the Tasmanian National Parks Association (https://tnpa.org.au/)
working to protect our natural heritage, including Lake Malbena in the Walls of Jerusalem National Park, in the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area, which is under threat from an intrusive high-end tourist development.

N.B. Danceoholics Unanimous will continue after the ball, with the Chess Dance.
