Everyone loves a barbecue – It’s a quintessential part of our way of life – so why not do one now? Bring together your friends, family and loved ones online and join our Biggest Virtual BarbeCURE.

Cure Cancer are asking every Australian to turn on their BBQ at home and bring together their friends and family online for a virtual BarbeCURE to fund some of the world’s brightest Cancer Researchers and break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for the biggest virtual BarbeCURE ever for the title of the largest photo album of people barbecuing in 12 hours on 16th May 2020 between 12pm and 12am EST.

At the same time we will be helping raise vital funds for life-saving cancer research.

1.8 million people world-wide find out they have cancer every day, they are our most vulnerable and they need our help more than ever. Our cancer researchers are determined to continue their work to find a cure.

Funds raised via the campaign will support some of the world’s brightest cancer researchers and help them to continue their life saving work.

Host a virtual BarbeCURE at home on May 16, join our Biggest Virtual BarbeCURE Facebook event page, invite your friends, family and loved ones online, post a photo of you barbecuing on our Facebook event page and encourage your friends and family to post theirs.

If we get 6,000 photos – that’s 6,000 people barbecuing together online – we will break the world record - and we can fund a vital piece of cancer research for a further 6 months.

The more virtual BarbeCURE’s we have - the more photos we take - the more funds we can raise for lifesaving cancer research.
