Be a part of emerging science about the future of our food! We’re working with Deakin University on a pilot citizen science project to research food preference and perception, and what the future of food might look like.

It’s not just our tastebuds that dictate what we find delicious; learn about how our brain and tongue play a part in our food choice. Explore food environments in virtual reality, and learn how ‘food cues’ influence how we choose what we eat while sampling real food as part of this experience!

This program is presented in partnership with the Centre for Advanced Sensory Science at Deakin University.
