Frontier Touring, I OH YOU and Secret Sounds are thrilled to announce the return of 4x ARIA-nominees and critically acclaimed Sydney trio DMA’S – performing ‘Unplugged & Intimate’ shows across 11 nights Sydney and Brisbane in July/August 2020. The newly announced shows come in celebration of the band’s hugely anticipated third studio album, THE GLOW – released Friday 10 July via I OH YOU.

In such a challenging time for Australia’s music industry, DMA’S wanted to support a Sydney venue – one they grew up down the road from. And so, DMA’S will perform two shows per night (in a reduced capacity and stripped-back mode) at Sydney’s Factory Theatre on Thursday 30 July, Friday 31 July, Saturday 1 August, Thursday 6 August, Friday 7 August, Saturday 8 August, Thursday 13 August, Friday 14 August and Saturday 15 August.

In reply to fan requests to play in Brisbane, Sydney trio DMA’S have also confirmed four - and only four - concerts at The Tivoli in Brisbane on Saturday 29 August and Sunday 30 August. DMA’S made the decision to extend their ‘Unplugged & Intimate’ tour to Brisbane after fans took to the band’s social media after their eighteen Sydney concerts sold out in minutes.

Promoters Frontier Touring, I OH YOU and Secret Sounds are working closely with the venues to ensure COVID-19 safety standards are met for these concerts. The shows will have reduced audience numbers and will be fully seated. A changeover period will occur between each concert to allow for cleaning of venues.

Joining DMA’S at their Sydney 30 Jul – 1 Aug show dates is HAYLEY MARY. Hayley is forging new ground in 2020. First up was the release of her captivating debut solo EP, The Piss, The Perfume, led by its dance-worthy lead single of the same name. Then came radio favourite ‘Like A Woman Should’, undoubtedly Mary’s most exciting musical move yet, and latest track ‘Brat’. The singer is currently in the studio, recording her anticipated debut solo album. “I’d always wanted to make a record that sounded like a memory of your parents dancing in the kitchen, but your parents are Cyndi Lauper and Roy Orbison,” says Mary of what fans can expect from her upcoming LP.
