We are thrilled to launch this vibrant national exhibition, featuring: Ruby Armstrong-Porter, Claire Bushby, Olga Cironis, Michele Elliot, Nikita Dunovits-Ferrier, Tania Ferrier, E Anne Jeppe, Pam Kleemann-Passi and Molly Werner.

Curated by Sandra Murray.

In celebration of International Women’s Day 2020 and of all women, this bold initiative presents nine personal interpretations of the domestic quilt. The nine artworks are not traditional or conventional quilts. The artists unpick and re-stitch the quilt’s meaning to reveal their very personal stories and politics about the bed and what embeds them in it.

Gallery open 29 Feb to 29 March, Wednesday-Saturday, 11am–3pm.
