Family Fun Easter Yoga Calm & Watercolour Painting YOGArt

Family Fun YogArt Kidra Nidra is for Children aged 4–12 years and a Parent/Grandparent/Relative to enjoy some re-connecting and re-bonding with YogArt—a Yoga Body Movement session followed by Watercolour Painting session and a GF morning tea.

The session includes:
9:00–9:15 - Body Movement with Yoga
9:15–9:30 - Yoga Nidra - Relaxation - Using the Body & Breath Awareness Creating Calm & Stillness, An Inner Peace
9:30–10:00 - Watercolour Painting 'Meditation Creations' Flow & Form + Morning Tea

Please bring a yoga mat each (available on request), a pillow or cushion for your head and maybe a pillow for under the knees during relaxation session, a blanket or light covering...and a soft natural toy for children.

Facilitated and guided by Anna, Certified Yoga Nidra Trained for Adults & Kids (120+ hours), Yoga Teacher 300+ hours, Member Yoga Australia, BArts, BEducation, Primary, Early Childood qualifications. Current Blue Card and First Aid CPR +.
