Foundry616 is delighted to present the official launch of Frances Madden’s new album ‘Beautiful World’ released in Australia by ABC Music.

A year in the making, the new album is produced by ARIA Award-winning maestro Chong Lim AM, who believes the original songs on this new album are “so brilliant they can influence the mainstream music scene!”

We’re not sure how we will fit them all on stage but for this special event, Frances will be backed by an eight-piece band featuring some of Sydney’s most talented musicians! As well as Frances on vocals and piano, the show will feature:

Carl Dewhurst: guitars
Brett Hirst: double bass
Tim Geldens: drums
Karl Laskowski: tenor sax
Ray Cassar: trumpet
Borbala Bodonyi & Rosalia Lonergan: backing vocals
Special Guest: Phoebe Haselden on violin

Frances plays to full houses at leading jazz venues and festivals around Australia. She has supported touring international artists including Dionne Warwick and Grammy-Award winner Gregory Porter as well as headlining at the acclaimed JZ Club in Shanghai. Her first album ‘If this were a dream’ went to #5 on the ARIA Jazz Charts. Frances’ music ‘crosses over’ and has a strong adult contemporary following in Australia and increasingly overseas—‘Beautiful World’ will also be released by Universal Music in Japan.

Bar and kitchen open from 6:30pm, show commences at 8:30pm sharp. Dinner and/or Drinks packages available to guarantee a table and seat. Book early to avoid disappointment as this event is certain to sell out. General Admission tickets: Stools will be available for early arrivals.
