After a wonderful fourth season, Harbour Sundays is back for 2020!

A proud partnership between Western Australian Museum and RTRFM 92.1, together we present four Sundays of sublime and summery local music on the stunning harbourside balcony at WA Maritime Museum in Fremantle. Everyone is welcome along to these family-friendly and free events each Sunday in February, 4–8pm.

Harbour Sundays is the perfect way to spend a summer evening by the Indian Ocean at an iconic Perth landmark. Watch the boats and yachts, the tugs and barges, as they roll in and out of Fremantle’s working port. Listen to some of the city’s finest local musicians and DJs as you watch the sun go down.

Check out the amazing line-up below, or see our website for specific set times. Thanks to the team at Gage Roads Brewing Co, beer and cider will be available to purchase (no BYO). You’ll also be able to buy some yummy snacks.

Come early and check out WA Maritime Museum’s latest family-friendly exhibitions—Ancient Rome: Epic Innovators and Engineers—or explore our free quirky outdoor exhibition—Container: the box that changed the world. Both are open until 5pm.

Harbour Sundays is a family-friendly event and children are welcome, though as it’s a licensed area you may be asked to provide 18+ identification.

There is limited seating on the balcony with a set capacity for the event—so first come, first in!

The musical lineup...

Sunday February 2
Pop magic of Sgt. Hulka and the sultry, country twang of Lincoln MacKinnon & the Wrecking Train . Plus, the DJ styles of Mr Fremantle Tom Fisher of Clancy’s Fish Pub.

Sunday February 9
We delve into the world of magical songwriting with the sounds of Brayden Sibbald and the majestic Fraeya. These acts are bookended by Taylah Strano from Breakfast with Taylah.

Sunday February 16
We start with Sunday Morning Coming Down legend Lorraine Clifford, then go down to the docks with the harmonic sea shantys of The Lost Quays and the growling blues of Dan Howls, before Clifford brings you home.

Sunday February 23
We get funky and dubby with The Bambuseae Rhythm Section and the reggae rhythms of Crucial Rockers. Plus, DJ Osric from RTRFM’s Black n Blue program will open and then let you party until the sun sets.

See you there!
