Experience a weekend of guided practices to bring awareness and change to your life. Learn to transform your problems and to access your inner strengths. These powerful self-healing exercises build on relaxation and focussed meditation with receptive visualisation and simple expressive drawings.

Transformative Mindfulness (TMM) integrates ancient wisdom of the mind with a modern therapeutic approach. It is a simple and powerful, holistic approach for working with emotional and physical challenges. TMM helps people to find inner happiness, to develop a clear mind and a good heart.

We complete the retreat by offering compassionate transformation for planetary healing.

Here are some things people have said about Ruth and the 'Healing from Within' retreat:

'Ruth's skilfulness in holding a large group for weekend courses in Transformative Mindfulness is inspiring: the processes she uses are engaging, deep, and life changing: yet they are also fun and colourful'

'It was fantastic, I got so much out of the course.. the practical artwork for understanding my heart and mind.. it was awesome!'

Later in 2020 Ruth will offer training workshops in Transformative Mindfulness (TMM) for helping professionals to be able to use this method within their helping profession. This April retreat is a good introduction and foundation for these future training workshops.

Meals and accommodation available separately.

Please bring along a yoga mat and blanket for relaxation. Beginners are welcome.
