Experience a nation-first exploration of mindful drinking and sober-curious culture at the Healthy Hedonism Festival.

Following the boom in Aussie consumers rethinking their drinking and opting for healthier lifestyles, the Healthy Hedonism Festival will feature food and beverage pop-ups, mindful cocktail and cooking demonstrations, sampling, boutique fitness and wellness classes, beer yoga, and recovery dips in XCargo’s pop-up pool!

Festival organiser Rebecca Millwood says Healthy Hedonism Festival is set to be a “unique gathering of hospitality professionals, healthy lifestyle enthusiasts, and the sober-curious.”

“The Healthy Hedonism Festival is all about promoting mindful drinking, and encouraging more balanced, high-performing, healthier lifestyles in our communities,” she says.

“We’re very proud to have global brands such as Lyre’s Spirit Co and Fever-Tree mixers on board as our major sponsors; Lyre’s will also be flying in some incredible speakers who are very well known in the mindful drinking sector.”

The biggest name guest is New York’s Ruby Warrington (author of the popular book Sober Curious), who joins Sydney blogger Shannon Rosie from Living With Rosie, and locals Shan Cooper (My Food Religion) and “bad-ass nutritionist” Sofie Van Kempen.

In addition to industry leaders Lyre’s Spirit Co, brands on show at Healthy Hedonism Festival include the Gold-Coast produced Sobah alcohol-free craft beer, locally-made Body Armour hangover relief formula, and big brands Aperol and Heineken.

Fitness and wellness partners hosting sessions include Think24Fitness, Australian Sports Nutrition, Sambaliscious, The Long Haired Yogi, Nuckle boxing and a Fusion Hot Yoga session with Lulu Lemon ambassador Sarah McDonald.

Community partners for Healthy Hedonism Festival range from the Club Soda mindful drinking movement to Hello Sunday Morning (an Aussie organisation changing our relationship with alcohol), XStatic Sunsets sober dance parties, The White Jacket Effect, Women in Hospitality Association, and Untoxicated.

All guests will be receiving a gift bag, a cocktail on arrival, access to over six fitness and wellness classes, and healthy snack and cocktail-making sessions.
