High Tea Cooking Class: CANCELLED

Our High Tea cooking class will teach you techniques in creating the perfect afternoon tea stand full of delicious treats. If you have a sweet tooth or are wanting to impress your guests, then this is the class for you!

In this hands on cooking class our qualified pastry chef will guide you through the making of all the components of three spectacular tiers of sweet and savoury treats. Along the way, you will learn the technical skills required in making choux pastry, creme patisserie, homemade focaccia, chocolate truffles, shortbread, scones and macarons!

Chocolate Truffles with Pistachio Praline,
Mini Sun-dried Tomato Focaccia,
Cheese and Chive Scones,
Lemon and Lime Macarons,
White Chocolate Eclairs,
Simple Shortbread

You will get to sit down and enjoy all your creations at the end of the class and can be paired perfectly with a glass of cold Prosecco or hot English Breakfast Tea!
