Elizabeth has brought together captains of industry, sport, governments and Defence Force chiefs to address gender inequality in Australia and beyond.

As Australia’s longest serving Sex Discrimination Commissioner (2007–2015), Elizabeth worked tirelessly to break down structural and social barriers faced by women and men, and to promote gender equality. Her review into the treatment of women in the Australian Defence Force led to sweeping cultural reforms and change on a global level.

Don't miss this opportunity to hear Elizabeth Broderick speak, it's truly going to be an inspiring evening.

MC: Kirsten Galliott, Editor in Chief, Qantas Media

All proceeds go to Dress for Success Sydney, to help disadvantaged women secure employment.

Dress for Success Sydney (DFSS) is a non-profit organisation providing women in need with support and coaching to find work and financial independence. DFSS serves more than 3000 NSW women each year by providing and styling donated professional attire, offering job search skills training, & coaching & peer network support at no cost. These wrap-around services empower clients to restore their resumes & rebuild their self-belief to engage in a job search or find alternative work options after unemployment.

Most clients are referred to Dress for Success by employment agencies or TAFE counsellors. Clients are emerging from a financial crisis or welfare dependence resulting from job redundancy, gender, age or racial discrimination in their job search, healthcare crisis, the breakdown of a marriage, domestic violence or intergenerational poverty. The majority of our clients are parents & use their limited resources to support their children.

We look forward to seeing you on the night!
