Presented by Adelaide Festival Centre.

Join us for an unforgettable night of music as we celebrate UNESCO’s International Jazz Day with a stellar line-up of local, national and international jazz luminaries.

Renowned Adelaide jazz musician, composer and ARIA award-winner Lyndon Gray will curate the line-up as Musical Director and bring together some of South Australia’s best local jazz talent (listed below).

Joining them onstage are two international artists from the UNESCO Creative Cities Network – acclaimed composer/pianist Pawel Tomaszewski (Katowice, Poland) and tenor saxophonist Piero Odorici (Bologna, Italy).

Be part of history at this world-premiere concert with knockout collaborations, familiar jazz standards, toe-tapping improvisations and contemporary jazz charts showcasing one of the world’s most beloved musical genres—jazz!

Adelaide was designated as a UNESCO City of Music in 2015 and each year joins International Jazz Day celebrations around the world on 30 April.

This year, our celebration takes place in the historic Woodville Town Hall, which will be transformed into a jazz venue like no other, offering an intimate premium experience around cabaret tables and comfy lounges with balcony views, all in a beautiful heritage setting.

Add to your premium experience by pre-ordering a cheese or antipasto platter to enjoy during the performance (only available for premium cabaret seating, not available in the dress circle).
