Ever wondered what it’s like to move above adoring crowds?
Our 3 session progressive aerial intensive will introduce participants to static trapeze and aerial silk. In this class you will cover techniques for building strength, flexibility and coordination and then be guided through a number of movements to ascend, descend and control your apparatus.
