No alterations for personal items will be done on the night, however general demonstrations can be provided. Learn about jacket shoulders and sleeves, how to use darts, slimming down pant legs, different ways to do a hem and using more advanced tailoring techniques. Learn from demonstrations about what is possible and how to achieve it.

Great for sewers to expand their knowledge, great for non-sewers to get ideas on when they see, buy or inherit garments to envisage what could be done to make the item work better. Vintage sewing machines on display, come try a treadle.
