Judbury Market and Car Boot Sale

Update: The Judbury Community Management Committee (JCMC) have unfortunately had to make the hard decision to cancel this months Judbury Market scheduled for Sunday, March 14th.

This decision was not taken lightly and the committee work very hard over the last month to make the March market happen but unfortunately could not get all the boxes ticked in order for the market to be able to go ahead. New requirements meant a traffic management plan was required for any future markets. The JCCMC have that plan and have applied for and been granted all the necessary state growth permits required and are in the process of purchasing all required road signage. However, unfortunately, this month we were not able to find the staff to implement the plan on Market Day.

Very happy to announce that the 11 April and 9 May Markets will be going ahead as planned as we have the secured staff for both these markets. The JCCMC are committed to continue operating the Judbury Market for the community.

Sorry for any inconveniences this has caused. looking forward to seeing you all in April at the Judbury market for what is going to be the most amazing market.

The Judbury market is a friendly market that has so many fantastic stalls including delicious food, produce, arts and homecrafts, plants and live Music in the Park.

Market-goers just love this market as there is something for everyone and it is only a fifteen-minute scenic drive from Huonville.

Bring your picnic blankets along and sit back and enjoy the music while the kids play in the playground that boast Giant Tree Houses and tractor.

There are a variety of food vans at the Judbury Market that change from market to market however you can always count on having a Devonshire tea or coffee from Carols Cafe or indulging in one of the world-famous "Judbury Burgers" from the markets JPA BBQ.

Don't forget to check out the deck that overlooks the mighty Huon River, where you can sit back and relax whilst you enjoy your food and drinks or just take in the ambience.

There is even a small nature walk that runs right along the river bank for those of you who want to explore a little further.

Please do not attend the Judbury Market if you:
- Have COVID-19
- Have been instructed to quarantine and your 14 days are not yet finished
- Are unwell, including with fever (or night sweats/chills) or respiratory symptoms, e.g. shortness of breath, cough, sore throat.

A Covid-19 Register will be available for Market-goers should they wish to register.
-Whilst at the Market you must practice social distancing and be 1.5m away from other people who are not from your Household.
-Hand sanitiser will be available at all stalls and entry points.
-Browsing or purchasing X’s are placed out front of each stall
-Limits on numbers of people entering the Market and the Community Hall may need to be limited if numbers exceeded the requirements.
