Love Handles isn’t really a show about getting fit and healthy, even though Ben wishes it was. He’s tried everything and failed at nearly all of it. He’s done a weight loss show before, even working briefly for Weight Watchers before they let him go for stacking it all back on again. Things are kinda working out right now, but why? Is it because he’s sober? Is it because he started the growing Fitbet podcast? Is it because he thinks he’s Marie Kondo? Who knows! He’s happy and healthier than ever and wants to celebrate!
