Are you looking to feel more connected to yourself and the world around you? Are you ready for some direction and connection to something higher than yourself? Maybe you are searching for faith but haven't yet found the right 'religion' for you!

Led by Emily Perry, this Manifesting With the Moon Workshop will give you guidance on the lunar cycle and how to live more aligned with the energy of the Moon. You'll learn how to work with the moon to attract & create, exploring the best timing to focus on specific areas of your life and how in timing these intentions you can harness your desires!

​One full lunar cycle takes 28 days - covering the time it takes for the moon to complete one orbit of the earth and moving through her eight main phases. While the moon is shifting through these phases, her affects can bring our feelings and heightened emotions to the surface. If we can learn to harness these energies at the right time, we can live an aligned, more conscious and happier life.

In this workshop we will focus specifically on the New Moon which is timed perfectly to coincide! New Moon energy is all about new beginnings and intention setting, and you will learn tools including:
- The power of visualization to achieve goals
- Manifesting the life you deserve - coming from the heart (not the ego)
- Feeling more connected to yourself and emotions; understanding why you feel a certain way and also those around you
- Learning when is best energetically to make “big decisions” in your life (and when to take your time)
- Feeling empowered, inspired and confident to follow your own path
- Leave with a sense of peace and faith that the universe is taking care of you and can truly deliver all things you desire

Students will receive a moonstone crystal to take home – Moonstone is associated with new beginnings and helps us tune into the natural ebb and flow of the Moon’s energy. It's said to help in dealing with high emotions, bringing calm and balance. This workshop includes Pranayama practices, a beautiful yoga sequence to guide students into an open and receptive state and will close with a peaceful guided meditation to help release intentions into the universe. Students will receive a handout to recreate these beautiful rituals from home with each New Moon!

No prior knowledge or meditation experience necessary - beginners always welcome!
