Meditation and Mindfulness is a powerful alternative life building process that gives you a new mental framework to build or renovate a new lifestyle.

The Meditation and Mindfulness for Beginner’s Workshop now has a comprehensive program integrated with specific mental and spiritual well-being services to strengthen the learning and committing to memory of meditation processes and techniques that are offered in Meditation packages to suit the needs of individuals. All the packages include 10 sessions of meditation classes to cement your meditation practice with further guidance and mentoring in weekly group meditations that support your home practice. Holistic Counselling & Soul Psychology is added as options for those who need one on one therapy to work through personal issues arising from their practice or needing more one on one guidance of whatever nature. Then for those who prefer more personal mentoring and refinement of their meditation practice we have included some personalized one on one sessions.

The aim of the Meditation packages is to strengthen your new mental processes and techniques from the workshop with consistent practice, mentoring and motivation in group meditations. It takes away the stress of trying to put everything together like trying to ride a bike and read the manual at the same time. The program is delivered in a fun, intuitive and informal agenda tailored to the needs of participants on the day. It combines spiritual knowledge, modern application of techniques the sharing of real-life experiences and skills that presents everything in an easy process you can follow and apply immediately in real life scenarios at the end of the day. You receive a power-point summarizing the program as your reference to recall what you have learned until your personal practice sinks into a daily routine in your mind.
