Medusa's Wake formed in Sydney in Autumn 2015, playing music that is modern, with traditional roots and instruments. Songs that are undeniably Australian and yet with a Celtic Irish Folk Rock twist at the same time. Foghorn Records described their debut Album "Rascals & Rogues" as "The love child between The Pogues and Australia's own Roaring Jack." With regularly Radio play in both America and Europe their sound has been globally received.
