Many people with a musculoskeletal condition such as arthritis, back pain, fibromyalgia and osteoporosis worry about their condition—how can they manage it? What is going to happen in the future? In this presentation, Ms Monica Macoun, Psychologist will explain what anxiety is, why it can be troublesome for some and some tips on how to manage it.
