11:30am-1pm Melbourne time / 11am-12:30pm Darwin time (with Buddhist teacher Natalie Eichelmann)
This course is open to residents of Victoria and Northern Territory only.
Dealing with Sadness & Depression
By studying and practising Buddha’s teachings, steadily and patiently, we can free ourselves from all manner of painful emotions
No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome.
Meditation classes will be streamed online. That means instead of attending your classes at the centre or venue, you will log into a live stream of the teaching on your favourite device.
