Celebrate a decade of diversity with a weekend of food, music, dance, culture and theatre as Parramatta’s Prince Alfred Square is transformed into a bustling cornucopia of cross-cultural experiences at Parramasala festival.
Kicking off with the the iconic welcome parade which will feature a procession of more than 600 performers, drummers and musicians, come along and enjoy mouth-watering multicultural fare, free world movie screenings along Parramatta River every day at 7:30pm, kids workshops and activities in the Kids International Eco Village, art installations and cross-cultural dance performances in the World Dance Congress, from African street dance and belly dancing to Indigenous dance to Indian Bharatanatyam.
Plus don't miss a great line-up of free live music featuring Grammy Award-winning international party band 'Los Amigos Invisibles, ARIA-nominated Mojo Juju and Adrian Eagle, R&B artist Miiesha, Persian rapper CHAII and South African/Swazi lyricist Temgazi.
