While there’s no denying Riverbar and Kitchen is waterside, they may not have a pool…but that isn’t stopping them from transforming into Pool Bar for the month of February! With a retro poolside vibe thanks to lounges, inflatable animals, towels, and a fresh pop-up menu, Pool Bar is guaranteed to be a swimmingly good time, topped off with plenty of Grey Goose cocktails.
Freshen up with Frozen Goose slushies with Grey Goose L’Orange, East rosé, strawberry syrup, lemon juice and cranberry juice, or Pool Bar Spritzes of Grey Goose Le Citron, Midori, prosecco, and lemonade.
Swimming always stimulates the appetite, so grab charred corn on the cob with chipotle mayo, classic potato scallops with chicken salt, and prawn po’boys with lettuce, cucumber, pickled onion and special sauce.
Weekends will see guests dive in to live music.
