It's "Time to Say Goodbye" to 2020.
The Queensland Pops Orchestra is thrilled to present a New Year's Eve concert for the 36th consecutive year. Maestro Patrick Pickett CSM has crafted a concert with a ‘Carnival of Venice’ atmosphere packed with virtuosity, colour and movement, as is the Pops tradition. We’re sure you’ll agree it’s the perfect occasion to celebrate the end of this unforgettable year and look forward to 2021 with optimism and joy.

The Pops lights a tantalising fuse of excitement as the countdown to January 1st begins in earnest. Joining Patrick and the orchestra are a star cast of exceptional and gifted musicians. For NYE 2020, we are proud to welcome internationally renowned Tenor Kang Wang, Soprano Katie Stenzel, Violinist Cherin Lee, the superb Voices of Birralee and the fabulous musicians of the Queensland Pops Orchestra.

No Pops NYE concert is complete without a complimentary surge of adrenalin! Following the lavish stage spectacular head up to the QPAC rooftop to hear Piper Bruce Grice – who will pipe in the New Year at the exclusive Black-tie function with champagne and nibbles as we kiss 2020 goodbye. Tickets are very limited so book now!

Sit back and be thrilled by another unforgettable night of colourful, superlative music, performed as only the Queensland Pops Orchestra can. Come and join the Pops for a very Happy New Year 2021!
