Rare Disease Day 2020 – Rare Together Expo

Come along to our Rare Together Expo and find out more about navigating the WA health system and some of the the useful health and support services available to assist you with the day to day living with a rare or genetic disease.

There will be an opportunity to speak to representatives from a number of health and disability organisations as well as meeting others from the WA rare and genetic disease community.
