Rhythm2Recovery Bullying Prevention Training

This is a one day workshop that follows the eight session, Rhythm2Recovery Bullying Prevention Manual—a structured program that addresses Bullying issues in schools, based on up to date research on effective practice. It is used in schools for both whole classrooms, and targeted ‘high risk’ groups and addresses a wide range of issues linked to bullying in its different formats using the R2R model of rhythmic music & discussions.

Specific sessions deal with cyber-bulling, effective bystander interventions, resilience, empathy, peer-pressure, healthy-relationships and assertiveness.
