Science & Informative Writing Workshop

These school holidays, THYNK Academy will be hosting an informative writing and science workshop at Epping Creative Arts Centre. Fully qualified teachers will help the children develop an enthusiasm and interest in writing informatively. Information reports are one of those curriculum-based lessons that students dread because of its technical elements that traditionally lack enjoyment.

This hands-on workshop utilises the excitement of science to engage and support informative writing techniques. By applying the 7 steps to writing to create some sizzle while writing about what they’ve experienced, students will better understand how to entertain and inform their audience.
