This one-night course gives a quick introduction to the process of rebuilding after divorce or separation, and you get the opportunity to meet others going through a similar process.

We touch on topics including:
- How to deal with loneliness after suddenly being single;
- The processes of grieving after the crisis of divorce or relationship breakdown;
- Understanding a bit more of your role in the breakdown of a relationship;
- How the emotional divorce process differs for the 'left' and the 'leaver';
- Working on strengthening future relationships.
