Shine On Kids Workshop

Full of movement, energy and joy - this children's workshop is specifically designed for 4 -7 year old's to illuminate their inner light!
Children will do the Meridian dance and strengthen their energetic systems. (Meridian's are the invisible lines of energy as used in acupuncture).
Children will participate in an 'Inner Light' meditation enabling them to remember that they always shine brightly on the inside!
We will take part in a gratitude ceremony and say thank you for all the things which bring us joy and happiness, and for which we are truly grateful.
Children will learn kinesiology body basics including; learning where their organs are, basic functions, and activating muscles and learning about metaphors associated with the 14 major Meridians.
Children will receive a take home tool kit and special gift to remind them that they always shine brightly on the inside!
This workshop is suitable for 4 -7 year olds. (Please get in touch if your child is not within this age group, but feel the event is suitable for them and we will discuss). Phone: 0435 197 858
The workshop will adhere to a COVID safe plan and parents will be required to complete and sign a consent form.
In the event that the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as harsher COVID restrictions, all monies will be fully reimbursed.
