South African born, Queensland raised and of Indian descent, Desh brings together his unique experiences for his award-winning stand-up comedy shows. Desh’s audiences are in for a treat with entertainment delivered by a first-class corporate comedian. His experience even extends to having entertained a capacity crowd at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium during the State of Origin!
Mike van Acker has spent most of his adult life trying to stay away from stand-up comedy. He has been a performer since 1992 on the comedy circuit and joined 97.3FM in 2018 as part of the Brekkie Lineup—"Bianca, Mike and Bob".
