The Sydney Morning Herald Half-Marathon

The Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon presented by BUPA Dental will return to its world-famous course on Sunday, 17 May 2020 for the 29th running of Australia’s largest and most iconic half marathon.

More than 12,000 athletes are expected at the prestigious race, which takes in some of Sydney’s best views along the spectacular 21.1km course, including; the Sydney Opera House, Botanic Gardens, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Pyrmont Peninsula and Hyde Park.

Runners of all fitness levels are invited to rise to the challenge and choose from the individual half marathon or share the experience with family and friends by entering as a relay team.

The Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon presented by BUPA Dental will again partner with a range of Australian charities through everydayhero with the goal to raise over $1 million for a wide range of worthy local, Australian and international causes.
