Updated Osteoarthritis Education and Self-Management Program

Update: This program was once only open to people with osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. It has been revised and is now open to people with OA of the hip, knee, foot, shoulder, elbow and hand.

This six week program is run by health professionals. Each session lasts 2.5 hours and is conducted in a friendly and supportive group atmosphere, where you will learn how to manage your condition more effectively.

Arthritis & Osteoporosis WA are now also offering this popular program ONLINE so you can manage your condition at home. These LIVE information sessions will give you the opportunity to interact with other participants and ask questions from the health professionals during each session.
