- Crunchy Arancini balls (V) - of pumpkin & Swiss Gruyere cheese on smoky tomato sauce
- Seared Sashimi Quality Scallops (GF) - on watermelon topped with Persian feta and flying fish caviar
- Peat Smoke Fried Chicken (GF) - with smoked paprika aioli & seven spice

Main Course: Pick one each:
- Crispy Silkin Tofu (VG,GF) - on steamed rice with yellow coconut sauce and petit herb salad
- Medium Rare Angus Scotch Fillet (GF) - served with grilled black pudding, potato hay and a red wine jus
- NZ King Salmon (GF) - on neeps and tatties, served with warm greens and beurre blanc
- Grilled Lamb Cutlets (GF) - marinated in African spices with chickpea salsa and Greek yoghurt

Dessert: Shared item for you and your date.
