A half day meditation workshop.

This course is available for residents in VIC and NT only.

Ever feel like you’re one person at work, another at home, and yet another with your friends?

Maybe you’re strong professionally, but you lose yourself in romantic relationships.

Maybe after years in a partnership, you’re suddenly single – and you don’t know who you are outside of that relationship.

Maybe spending so much time at home lately, separated from your friends and usual activities, has left you feeling unmoored.

Underlying this question – who am I? – is a feeling that there’s something we haven’t figured out yet. If only we could, life would be so much smoother.

One of the kindest things Buddha did was cut through this confusion to reveal who we truly are. In Buddhism, we call this ultimate truth – and it’s limitless. When we discover it in meditation, we experience a stillness and happiness we haven’t known before.

At our next live-streamed meditation workshop, Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Dornying will explain this limitless self and guide you to access it in meditation.

At a time when many people feel alone with their thoughts, this is a perfect opportunity to explore this question and get answers that can steer you in a more positive, productive and peaceful direction.

The Teacher

The teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Dornying. Gen Dornying is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia and teaches with a warmth and humility that is naturally inspiring.
