The Women’s Adventure Film Tour presented by Crumpler is back with all new films to celebrate Women’s Health Week 2020.

Due to COVID-19 we are releasing this year's Women's Adventure Film Tour digitally on Adventure+ (https://adventureplus.com) to ensure all Australian women can experience the films at the same time. The film will air at 7pm AEST on the last day of Women's Health Week, 11 September 2020 and be available digitally for a limited 72 hour watch window.

*Ticket purchasers will receive 30 days free trial to Adventure+ where you can watch the last 2 seasons of WAFT.

About the film:
This is Australia’s original women’s adventure film tour, created by Adventure Entertainment and presented as an official part of Women’s Health Week by Jean Hailes for Women's Health. This short film festival is a celebration of the inspiring women around us who are doing extraordinary things in the name of adventure.

This year’s lineup features a diverse set of films featuring women of all ages and backgrounds including Australian Olympic hopeful Lucy Stirling, New Zealand Olympian Janina Kuzma, World Champion Paraglider Klaudia Bulgakow and many more including women in snow sports, mountaineering, high lining, swimming and mountain biking.

The official Women’s Adventure Film Tour line up features 9 short films across 115 minutes. Those watching on Adventure+ will also have access to additional films including an encore to the 2019/20 film about Australian trail runner, Jacqui Bell.

Like our cinema events, this screening will reintroduced by an emcee and include an awesome prize draw from our partners including Suunto and Salomon.

The Women’s Adventure Film Tour is exempt from classification, but the films are suitable for the entire family and would obtain G/PG.
