In this exhibition, Malcolm captures the elements of the Walpole area—forests, inlets and rivers—in his distinctive graphic style.
Malcolm started his career at Art Photo Engravers, a subsidiary of the Sunday Times Newspaper, in Perth, where he spent the next nine years, gaining experience & developing his skills, whilst attending Perth Technical College, studying design & illustration. Further studies include printmaking & sculpture.
Upon leaving Art Photo Engravers, he formed Shoestring Studio, with an associate, offering a full design & illustration service. 1995 saw the wind down of Shoestring & the birth of Scribbles Illustration Studio.
Over the years, Malcolm has also created many fine art pieces, which he continues to produce with enthusiasm.
