Join us for Inverloch's much loved for Yoga on the Beach. You’ll find us on the sand off Ramsey Blvd, between Abbott and Venus St, by the big teepee.
Start every morning of your Summer break practising mindful slow flow beach yoga. This smooth class caters to all levels, wrapping every movement in a calm, focused breath. Welcome the day ahead with daily sessions at 645amd and 8 am every morning, including New Year's Day, when we have a special class setting an intention for 2021.

Please bring your water bottle, your own yoga mat and a towel to shade your face in the relaxation at the end.
