This summer Kudumba Life is bringing traditional Yoga teachers from the Sree Yoga Darshan School in India to you here in Melbourne for two weeks of authentic, traditional Yoga classes and workshops. The aim is to make Yoga accessible to all and to teach you basic lifelong Yoga skills that you can practice on your own. There will be post workshop support available for 3 months.
Classes will be held at two venues in Hawthorn, Victoria between 11th to 24th of January 2020. You can choose to attend individual classes or attend a session all 5 days of the week or both days of the weekend to obtain a certificate of completion of the course as well as for discounted prices.
