Australia’s favourite meditation and mindfulness instructor Luke Mcleod, the founder of Soul Alive is hosting a mindful morning in one of Sydney's most beautiful venues/locations, The Boathouse at Shelly Beach, Manly on Saturday, 22nd May.

As part of Mindful May, Soul Alive has decided to offer the opportunity to experience a live-guided meditation with mindfulness teacher, Luke McLeod. It will be a 1-hour event that will include a talk about mindfulness, tips and a meditation as well as a platter of beautiful food.

About Luke Mcleod

Luke McLeod is the founder of Soul Alive, Australia’s virtual meditation studio. His aim is to help you feel good, feel less stress and have more energy.

Luke also consults to companies to help their staff feel less stressed and calmer. Companies he works with include the likes of AMEX, APRA, lululemon, Laing O’Rourke, IAG and the like.

Luke originally started meditating to improve his focus and performance at work after discovering that the world's top performers including Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Steve Jobs and Muhammad Ali all meditate.

Luke was also a founding investor in The Entourage where he headed up people and culture which led to them being named as one of the top places to work in Australia.
