Having only picked up a guitar for the first time in September of 2017, Lisa De Angelis’ resume is impressive. After graduating from the Country Music Association of Australia’s prestigious Academy of Country Music in 2019, she has wasted no time making a name for herself: since then, De Angelis has toured with and opened shows for Steve Kilbey, legendary frontman of The Church - who was so taken by De Angelis as a performer that he penned a song for her to release, due mid 2021 - Grinspoon frontman Phil Jamieson, blues guitar prodigy and BB King’s protege Nathan Cavaleri, as well as a Golden Guitar winner and ARIA Award nominee Catherine Britt. She was billed as ‘a rising alt-country star’ on an outback Australian tour with Kilbey in late 2020.

Andy Penkow The JMC Academy graduate released his debut album Sad Love Songs in 2018, followed by his 2020 5-track EP Chasing the Sun, produced by ARIA Award winner Shane Nicholson.
