Arthritis & Osteoporosis WA is pleased to announce the launch of their updated and revised disease-specific programs. These programs are informed by medical evidence and aim to empower people to live well with arthritis. Led by health professionals, the programs will teach you about strategies and skills to assist you to manage your arthritis effectively

Update: This program was once only open to people with osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. It has been revised and is now open to people with OA of the hip, knee, foot, shoulder, elbow and hand.

Six interactive group sessions of 2.5 hours duration held weekly and conducted in a friendly and supportive group atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to attend all six weeks to gain the most benefit from the program.
