Arthritis Keys Programs are informed by medical evidence and aim to empower people to live well with arthritis. Led by health professionals, the programs will teach you about strategies and skills to assist you to manage your arthritis effectively. Six interactive group sessions of 2.5 hours duration held weekly.
Topics include:
- Information about your condition
- Physical activity and exercise
- Pain management and medications
- Emotional health
- Healthy Eating
- Finding the right support
Osteoarthritis
Update: This program was previously specific to osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. It has been revised and is now relevant and open to people with OA of the hip, knee, foot, shoulder, elbow or hand.
