Caloundra Arts Centre Association members have been extremely busy and creative, producing many unique quality goods which include embroidered items, quilts, lace and a stunning array of hand-dyed silk scarves and socks. With the cooler months upon us, knitted scarves, beanies and socks will prove to be very popular. Handmade cards and jewellery and a range of children’s wear, baby wear and assorted bags provide an interesting selection of gift ideas for loved ones both here and overseas. Don’t forget Mothers’ Day on Sunday May 9th.

The Pottery group is very prolific, and many interesting and innovative pieces fill an entire room. These range from the practical to the decorative with many suitable for the garden. Some amazing artwork complements the pottery in a wonderful and colourful display. Come along and support your local community and purchase some genuine hand-made Australian products for yourself. The cake and produce stall with lots of homemade goodies including sweets, slices, jams and cakes is extremely popular and sells out very quickly.

Plant stall, pre-loved books and magazines, raffles and music from the CACAphonics round out the weekend, so there is something there for everyone. Refreshments including delicious, fresh homemade sandwiches and scones are available and you cannot beat the wonderful and tempting aroma of the sausage sizzle.

The stunning Gift Gallery will be open during the Fair and is a Treasure Trove of items for sale. The Gallery is open every day from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. (It will open at 9 am on Fair Days). Gallery phone: 0492 986240

Plenty of parking available.
