Champagne Dinner with Scott Pickett's Matilda and Emperor

To treat some lucky Melbournians who have been stuck in lockdown, Emperor Champagne, Australia's leading home of champagne, has partnered with Scott Pitckett's Matilda and Providoor to create a special champagne meal kit.

In this special collaboration, Providoor will deliver a three-course meal from Matilda with accompanying samples of exquisite champagne from Emperor Champagne. Those receiving the luxury meal kit will be treated to a video tutorial from Matilda's Head Chef, Aleksis Kalnins who will guide people on how to prepare the three-course meal which includes crab, duck and a stunning Tarte Tatin (vegetarian option available). Champagne Connoisseur and CEO of Emperor Champagne Kyla Kirkpatrick will then join the tutorial to guide you through the champagne pairing which will include:

2 x 125ml serves of Drappier Blanc de Blancs from Champagne
2 x 125ml serves of De Sousa Rosé from Champagne
2 x 60ml serves of Cedric Mousse Ratafia

Strictly limited to 100 guests, people will need to jump onto Providoor and book the dinner by 4pm Thursday 26th August. The pack will then be delivered to homes on Friday morning for people to enjoy either Friday 27th or Saturday 28th of August.
