Chilli Fest 2021 will be firing things up with live cooking demonstrations by MasterChef legend and lover of all things chilli Brendan Pang AND MKR's Blake Proud, as well as the Devils Tears Chilli Chomp Comp and Dingo Sauce Co's Hot Wing Competition– plus cocktail masterclasses and ice-cold beverages to cool you down just in case you can't handle the heat!

Test your tastebuds down Hell's Highway with Perth's biggest selection of WA's most daring creators and makers of all things chilli – where you'll be able to bring a slice of Chilli Fest home with you in the form of spicy plants, jams, sauces, oils, rubs, cheeses and more!

Need to cool it down? WA's craft brewers will be around in your time of need with over 50 beers on tap and Perth's best cocktail makers.
